We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on US orders over US$50 and on Canadian orders over CA$70; smaller orders pay a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Skincare ships from our own inventory in Kitchener, Ontario within 1–3 business days, and US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after that. Llusso LED devices ship separately from our device supplier and can take longer. Every order is tracked. US orders ship from Canada, so any US import duties or taxes are paid by the customer.

Yes. Our skincare is bought from a K-beauty wholesale supplier, and we pack and ship every order ourselves from our own inventory in Kitchener, Ontario. Llusso LED devices are our own label and ship from our device supplier. Llusso is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with the brands we sell.

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a skin-repair ingredient derived from salmon DNA. It helps with skin regeneration, fine lines, and uneven texture. Think of it as a next-level alternative to retinol — without the irritation.
