30-Day Returns on Unopened Items
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened item in its original packaging for a full refund. This applies to all products we sell, including skincare and beauty items.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unopened and unused, with all original seals and packaging intact
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopllusso.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email info@shopllusso.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will reply within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any unopened item for a different product. Just mention it when you contact us and we will take care of it.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
