We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on US orders over US$50 and on Canadian orders over CA$70. Smaller orders pay a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout. Skincare ships from our own inventory in Kitchener, Ontario within 1–3 business days, and US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after that. Llusso LED devices ship separately from our device supplier and can take longer. All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing for convenient monitoring of delivery status.
If a shipment doesn't make it to you or is returned after failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to verify your address or understand why the package was refused. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a refund in the form of a store credit coupon, which stays active for 30 days. Please keep in mind that any original shipping fees, handling costs, or additional surcharges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.
Once your order has shipped, you can find your tracking number in your dispatch notification email or track it through the Shop app. If your package hasn't arrived within two weeks of the estimated delivery date, we recommend checking with your local post office first, as a delivery attempt may have been made without a notification slip. If after this attempt it still cannot be located, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier and update you within 30 days. Please be aware that Llusso cannot provide refunds if the courier's tracking officially confirms the parcel as delivered, but in the event a shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a store credit coupon for the product price valid for 30 days, excluding any original shipping or handling fees. To ensure we can assist you, please submit any shipment inquiries within 30 days of your purchase, as carriers often purge tracking information after this window, making it impossible to arrange a refund or credit. Llusso reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding these terms and conditions.
US orders ship from Canada, so US import duties, taxes or other import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Canadian orders ship within Canada, so there are no import fees.
