SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times range from 5–11 business days, depending on the shipping destination. All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing for convenient monitoring of delivery status.

If a shipment doesn't make it to you or is returned after failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to verify your address or understand why the package was refused. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a refund in the form of a store credit coupon, which stays active for 30 days. Please keep in mind that any original shipping fees, handling costs, or additional surcharges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.

Once your order has shipped, you can find your tracking number in your dispatch notification email or or track it through the Shop app. If your package hasn't arrived within two weeks of the estimated delivery date, we recommend checking with your local post office first, as a delivery attempt may have been made without a notification slip. If after this attempt it still cannot be located, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier and update you within 30 days. Please be aware that Llusso cannot provide refunds if the courier’s tracking officially confirms the parcel as delivered, but in the event a shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a store credit coupon for the product price valid for 30 days, excluding any original shipping or handling fees. To ensure we can assist you, please submit any shipment inquiries within 30 days of your purchase, as carriers often purge tracking information after this window, making it impossible to arrange a refund or credit. Llusso reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding these terms and conditions.

Please be aware that under current international tax regulations, Llusso does not provide VAT reimbursements for any shipping destinations.  If your order is subject to customs duties, VAT, or any other import related fees upon arrival, these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are non refundable. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs before placing your order.
