Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our inventory in Ontario, with tracking on every order. US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Llusso LED devices ship separately from our device supplier and can take longer. Shipping is free on US orders over US$50 and Canadian orders over CA$70; smaller orders pay a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. US orders ship from Canada, so any US import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. Canadian orders ship domestically, with no import fees.
